Business Development Workshops

These courses are aimed at new and emerging social entrepreneurs though topics covered are important for all businesses. The workshops are interactive – you will be involved and will work on questions relevant to your enterprise throughout.

Costs to attend Firstport Business Development Courses

These courses will be free if:

• You have been trading as a new social enterprise for less than one year (not a subsidiary)
• You have received a level one award from either Scotland UnLtd or the Social Entrepreneurs Fund in the past 12 months

If you are unable to meet this criteria a small fee will need to be charged.  Prices have been developed such that you can either attend a one off class or book in to the full series.

• One workshop £25
• Two workshops £40
• Three workshops £45
• Four workshops £50
• Five workshops £55
• Six workshops £60

Once you have booked onto your chosen workshop(s) we will contact you regarding payment if applicable.   If payment is required we will invoice you for the relevant amount and advise you of the payment methods available.  Payment must be received prior to you attending the workshop.

To keep our costs low, please be aware refreshments and lunch will not be provided so we ask that you bring your own with you.

The West Dunbarton workshops that were listed here have been postponed. If there is enough demand for them to run in this area we will slot them into the calendar.   Please contact elaine@firstport.org.uk if you are interested in attending the workshops in West Dunbarton.
