Re-Tweed:
Re-Tweed is an ethical fashion, craft and furnishing social enterprise. They offer craft, design and technology training, whilst also reducing, re-using and recycling – minimising waste. Their key social impact comes by offering free training and routes into education for women in Berwickshire. Check out their Christmas shop!
Borders Wellness Retreat:
The Borders Wellness Retreat offers a place for those undergoing, recovering from, or at the start of their cancer treatment journey, to come and try new things, relax, and connect with people who have similar experiences.
Make Do & Grow:
Based in Govan, Make Do & Grow offer low cost re-homed clothing and toys for children. Their aim: to help facilitate an inclusive, supported and connected community of families, that actively work together to protect the environment.
Grassmarket Community Project:
The Grassmarket Community Project aims to create an inclusive community for those facing social exclusion. They offer mentoring, education and support in a welcoming environment.
The Blankfaces:
The UK’s first fashion label aimed at ending homelessness. The fashion label has a range of designed inspired or created by a homeless person, it’s not just about raising money, their work is also focussed around giving people a voice and ensuring that their stories are heard.
Grace’s Chocolates:
Grace’s chocolates is a social enterprise supporting women who have experience with the criminal justice system to find employment. Grace’s Chocolates’ Positive changes programme offers women the training and support they need to access further employment.

The Edinburgh Remakery is a social enterprise that aims to divert waste from landfill. Through their workshops, and shop, the enterprise builds a community culture of repair and reuse.
Buth Bharraigh:
A local producer co-operative, that operates as a community hub. Open all year round the hub helps to bring the community together and reduce isolation.
The Guild:
Aiming to provide a space where people can meet, work, create and collaborate. The Guild re-invests it’s profits to develop community facilities, projects, and opportunities.
Edinburgh Printmakers:
A centre for printmaking and the visual arts in Edinburgh. They provide spcae for artists, offer various programmes of support for local artists, as well as selling origial artist prints and products in their shop.
Seeds of Hope:
A small social enterprise, Seeds of Hope are dedicated to helping wildlife and improving peoples’ mental health and wellbeing. Starting at the beginning of lockdown 2020 Seeds of Hope have come a long way this year.
